<p style="text-align: justify;">Anyway, it won&#8217;t stop me from liking this delicious lamb steak ever. I like it so much this way with mushroom black pepper sauce <img src='http://www.foodtale.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>Lamb Steak Recipe</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>lamb &amp; seasoning:</strong></li>
<li>400 gm lamb fillet (you can use rack of lamb too)</li>
<li>salt, blackpepper, whitepepper</li>
<li><strong>for lamb steak</strong></li>
<li>olive oil</li>
<li>vegetables: 3/4 can sliced mushroom, carrots, capsicum, onion, tomatoes</li>
<li><strong>for black pepper sauce</strong></li>
<li>1/4 can sliced mushroom</li>
<li>2 crushed garlic</li>
<li>1 1/2 cup chicken stock</li>
<li>1 tablespoon blackpepper sauce</li>
<li>1 tablespoon mustard sauce</li>
<li>a bit of corn flour if necessary</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li> Heat oven 200 ° C.</li>
<li>Season lamb racks with peppers and salt.</li>
<li>In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Sear the lamb fillet both sides for about 5 min each side.</li>
<li>Remove the lamb to ovenproof container and put in oven for about 30 mins.</li>
<li>In the same pan (with leftover oil), fry 3/4 can mushroom, carrot and onion for about 5 minutes.</li>
<li>In the same pan, add a little more olive oil.</li>
<li>Fry the garlic until fragrant.  Add 1/4 can mushrooms and continue stirring. Add chicken stock and bring to boil.</li>
<li>Add blackpepper &amp; mustard sauces. Cook until the sauce become thick. If necessary, add a teaspoon of corn flour to thicken the sauce.</li>
<li>Add some salt if necessary.</li>

<p><strong>Meatballs in Tomato Sauce</strong>-Recipe  adapted from Jamie Oliver TV programs</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>For meatballs </strong></li>
<li>500 gm minced meat</li>
<li>1 / 2 teaspoon cumin powder</li>
<li lang="en">1 / 2 teaspoon coriander powder</li>
<li>1 / 2 teaspoon chili powder</li>
<li>2 handful breadcrumbs</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves / fresh</li>
<li>1 tablespoon chopped leaves rosemarry</li>
<li>salt</li>
<li>1 teaspoon powdered blackpepper</li>
<li><strong>For tomato sauce<br />
</strong></li>
<li>1 tin chopped tomatoes</li>
<li>1 seed in the chopped onions</li>
<li>1 garlic, chopped</li>
<li>1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves</li>
<li>salt</li>
<li><strong>For baking<br />
</strong></li>
<li>mozarella cheese</li>
<li>grated Parmesan</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li><strong>Prepare meatballs:</strong> Mix all ingredients in large  container. Mix well. Form meatballs as big as tennis ball size. In skillet, heat a little oil  and fry meatballs all at once. Fry about 5 minutes on all sides.</li>
<li><strong>Prepare tomato sauce:</strong>Heat a little oil in a pan /  pot. Fried onions and garlic until soft. Mix in the tomatoes, oregano  and salt. Mix well and let to simmer.</li>
<li>Transfer the tomato sauce into a container suitable to enter in the  oven. Sort meatballs in tomato sauce and sprinkle mozarella and grated  Parmesan on top. Bake at 220 degree C for about 15 minutes or  until the top is golden.</li>
